Junk removal in Brazil & Terre Haute, priced by the load
Couches, appliances, garage piles, whole-house cleanouts. We load it, haul it, and dispose of it for one volume-based price. Most jobs in Clay and Vigo County are done within the week.
What we take
Around the house
Couches, recliners, mattresses and box springs, dressers, tables, exercise equipment, TVs and electronics, carpet and padding, hot tubs (drained), playsets, and the pile in the corner of the garage nobody wants to touch.
Appliances
Washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, water heaters, refrigerators, freezers, and window units. Refrigerant appliances carry a small disposal fee so they can be recovered properly.
Cleanouts & turnovers
Estate cleanouts, foreclosure and rental turnovers, storage units, basements, attics, sheds, barns, and hoarding situations handled with discretion. We can work from a key or lockbox if you can’t be there.
Construction & yard debris
Remodel tear-out, drywall, lumber, flooring, cabinets, roofing shingles, fencing, decking, brush, limbs, and storm debris. For bigger projects a dumpster rental may be the cheaper option.
How pricing works
Junk removal is priced by how much room your stuff takes on the dump trailer, not by the hour. Loading, hauling, dump fees, and a sweep of the area are all in the number. A quarter load is a few big items; a full load is a whole garage or basement.
- ¼ loadA few big items — a couch, a mattress, a washer, or a small curbside pile.$150
- ½ loadA packed garage bay, a bedroom set, or a small remodel tear-out.$300
- ¾ loadA basement, a shed, or most of a rental turnover.$450
- Full loadA full cleanout — garage, basement, and everything behind the house.$600

How it goes
- Call, text, or send a photo. Tell us roughly what and where. You get a price range right away and a firm number from the photo.
- Pick a window. Most Clay and Vigo County jobs are scheduled within the week; mornings often go same-day.
- We load it. You point, we carry. Nothing needs to be at the curb unless you want it there.
- Pay when it’s gone. Cash, card, or invoice for contractors and property managers.
What we can’t take
Paint, solvents, chemicals, motor oil, fuel, asbestos, medical waste, and anything else the transfer station won’t accept. Clay County holds household hazardous waste collection days a few times a year; ask and we’ll point you to the next one.
Where it goes
Usable furniture and household goods go to donation when a local outlet will take them, scrap metal goes to the recycler, and what’s left goes to the transfer station. Less in the landfill, and often a lower disposal cost that we pass along.
