Dumpster rental agreement

Same-day delivery may be available. Ask when we call to confirm; it isn’t guaranteed.

1. What's included. The agreed price covers delivery of one 14-yard dumpster, pickup at the end of the rental, and disposal of the load up to 1 ton. Each additional ton is $80.
2. Placement spot. You must provide a safe, legal spot on private property that you own or have permission to use. The spot should be firm, level, and reachable by our truck. Placement on a street, sidewalk, or public right-of-way may need a city permit and is not included unless arranged with us in advance.
3. Keep it clear for pickup. Keep the area around the dumpster and the path to it clear of vehicles, people, and obstacles so we can pick it up safely on the scheduled date.
4. Do not overfill. Load debris no higher than the top of the dumpster walls so it can be hauled safely.
5. Not allowed in the dumpster: tires, paint, chemicals, batteries, refrigerant appliances (refrigerators and freezers), and anything hazardous. We may be able to haul some of these items separately if arranged ahead of time — ask for a quote.
6. Heavy materials. Concrete, shingles, and dirt are quoted by the ton and are not included in the flat rental rate. Tell us before you load them so we can quote you.
7. Extra charges are quoted first. Extra days, overweight loads, handling of prohibited items, and swaps are quoted to you before they are charged.
8. Swaps and early pickup. If you fill the dumpster early, a swap is available. Call or text (765) 655-3389 to schedule a pickup or a swap.
9. Your responsibility. You are responsible for everything that goes into the dumpster during your rental, including items others put in it.
10. Unsafe or prohibited loads. We may refuse to haul, or may remove items from, a load that is unsafe, overfilled, or contains prohibited items.
11. Business hours. Our regular business hours are Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm. These are office hours, not a guaranteed delivery or pickup window; we will confirm timing with you. Weekend rentals include Monday pickup between 7 and 9 am.
